Default Hayame exhaust

My friend showed me a hayame cat-back for a crx. is that a good exhaust to use or should i spend more money and go for greddy??? i have a limited budgit so i was hoping u would say the hayame exhaust is awesome.

...... I've had my Thermal R&D for about 4 years now with no complaints , plus the tone is deeper than most raspy sounding products on the market. I hear ya about the money diff. but you have to remember , as with all things in life , you get what you pay for !

love my greddy sp2! sounds deep, not raspy at all. look around im sure you can find one for a decent price. got mine for $150 used. the only thing i dislike is the rolled tip.

If your on a tight budget this is the way to go , some of us change parts like underwear. you'll be better off picking up a used setup in good shape than buying cheap crap.

hayame sounds good...apparently its apopular setup.. manufacturer sold out of the crx setup. they look good if u like that angled tip look. invidia or megan racing is also a good one for same style/ around same budget.

Have any of you used Hayame? I've not used the catback, but I have run the Hayame XT4 muffler on my CRX with custom piping ran straight back along the drivers side going on 5 years. The exhaust is deep and sounds great IMO.
