Hey guys, hopefully someone can help me out with my irritating problem

My car is a stock 97 Civic DX. My problem is that when the car is cold or once it sits for any long than 15-20 minutes it has a hard time starting. Only when I have cranked it a few times will it turnover. Another thing is sometimes it'll stumble when I come to a stop and even shut off sometimes. I did throw a CEL, which turned out to be CODE 3 (MAP ASSY) so I switched out my Map sensor but the problem still exists.

So today I'm going to change out the distributor as well as the plugs and maybe I'll get lucky. I dont think it would be the starter because my problem does not exist only at startup...

Whatever opinions you guys have as to what might be the problem would be greatly appreciated

i had that problem kinda..... came out to be my ecu... but ummm start checkning votage at the map sensor... and all that fun stuff
