Default buying a 91 prelude 200k mileage X'(

I'm considerin on buyin a 91 lude for 1000 not bad at that price. its in good condition which is a plus. I'm wondering what engine would be less expensive and very reliable to swap for this. A friend of mine recommended a k20 engine will this fit in the lude? I really don't know as much as him about cars. So do you guys recommending anything? Please help, thanks in advance!

A K20A will set you back quite a bit, a less expensive alternative and a very common swap is a H22A.

I suggest you read the FAQ in this forum, as it covers a lot of the questions that you have and will. If you can't find something there, try the Search, chances are, it's already been covered. Good luck!
