Default OBD2 H22 ECU question

Alright, the car being dealt with is no Prelude, but the engine and stuff are. My friend and I are about to do an h22 swap into his Acura CL, and wants to keep it as legal as possible since some parts of Memphis now require inspections and whatnot... so my question is would the Honda dealership be able to reprogram the ECU to work with the Acura keys so there would not be any trouble with the immobilizer system? If this should be posted elsewhere, please direct me where to post as I do not wish to offend the mods. Since its an h22 we are using, figured you guys would have the best answer for me. Thanks in advance!

if you are referring to an obd2 p13 it does not have an immobilizer, is found ONLY in the 1996 prelude vtec and this makes it an exceedingly rare computer.

Yeah, I am trying to get my hands on one of those. If I am unable to find one, and I get the 97-01 ECU (P05???), do you or anyone think the dealership would be able to reprogram the ECU to use the CL keys?

I don't want to create a new thread for this, so my next question is what OBD2 ECUs are compatable with an OBD2 H22?

That is only the P5M then. Someone told me that an OBD2 p72 MIGHT work, but I had my doubts. Thanks!
