Hope to get some valuable input from you expert.

My AC has been acting strange on me for the past weeks. 3 weeks ago, I noticed the cooling air coming out is not that cold anymore. 2 weeks ago, when ever the AC is turned on I can hear a noisy humming sound, which I suspect is from the blower motor. And just few days ago, no air will come out unless I turned it to full blast (Fan 1, 2, 3 wouldnt give any air in, only when I go to fan 4 the air will come out)...

I believe it has something to do with the blower, but any other input is highly appreciated.

 

does this happen only when the a/c switch is on? or all the time? it sounds like it could be the unit itself. On 4th gens, I guess the soldering deteriorates inside the control unit.
