Default DX b16 questions

I read in a sport compact book...yes....book, that the dx fuel lines provided insufficient fuel flow. the b16a i have in there runs fine, im just wondering if anyone else has noticed a difference when changing their stock fuel lines to aftermarket. additionally, as far as compression ratio goes, what kind of gains will i see bumping up that 10:2:1 compression ratio to a higher one with the help of a headgasket...possibly hondata. p.s. - anyone have any axles for a y1?
