Default Which motor to sell in my white crx si

ok. my white crx is pretty much ready for sale now. I just need to figure out this last major issue..

The crx is in great shape. lots of new parts and everything.. just one issue that I need to resolve- which motor it gets sold with.

I've got 3 motors..

the Rebuilt d16a6 will have to run 89 to 91 octane as its high compression. Its got a lot of new parts and will be fun and fast. should get good gas mileage as its brand new

the 1.5 is not the motor that belongs in the car. the gas mileage isnt' too great although it hasnt been smoking

and the d16a6 I picked up a bit ago. high miles, but it would make the car stock and would match the mileage on my chassis. but i dont know the condition of it really besides that it looks clean and taken care of.

I'm just trying to figure out if any of these would help or hurt me in selling my rex. I know i'd like the rebuilt 1.6 if I was buying.. but i dunno. people seem to be looking for low mileage Stock.

help me here guys!

I'd sell it with that nice running a6.

People who buy a modded car and or plan to mod won't mind 89 fuel.

my goal was to make it clean and everything in working order.
seems like there is more of a market for low chassis mileage vehicles with good gas mileage.
all the new parts are honda or oem spec. I figured i'd take off my Tokicos and H&Rs and the 5zigen exhaust thats on there now.
Just sell as a nice clean 91 where you don't have to worry about getting harassed or breaking down.

The rebuilt motor has over 600 bucks invested not including labor, but I don't want a motor that requires 89-91 octane to scare away potential buyers.. and most of the people paying more for rexes are older people.

the problem is I dont have a Stock 1.6 that i know is low mileage and running order. and I really can't spend too much more time or money. gotta get the car sold- so i've gotta pick between these 3

Thanks for everyones input so far

brand new rebuilt d16a6 with lots of honda parts, but 10:1 compression have to run 89 at least

Why would 10:1 need premium? I don't understand, surely you could retard the timming and get away with 87.

10:1 would require that I run either 2 headgaskets or a thicker headgasket. With stock headgasket thickness the compression is closer to 11:1, which I'm pretty sure would need premium fuel to run.
