Default D15b VTEC on a budget

hi im new to the forum. i have a d15b vtec i plane on turboing it by home made turbo by using a hf manifold, adapter plate, and 14b turbo but im looking for enyone that has eny cheap ideas i only have 800 bucks to put into the motor eny ideas will be great. after i get more money im shoting for 170-200 whp civic.

well ive already went there and thats were i got te idea for the turbo kit and already have it i just wanted to know if enyone know stuff i can do to add hp with tubo kit.

You could buy a turbo camshaft,camgear,
Skunk 2 Intake Manifold,TB,fuel injectors,
Get it Tuned/DYNO...etc..etc theres a lot of things you could do. Just Think. GL.
