Overall, and generally, yes it is the same. Some parts will not swap over, but some others will.
But in regards o a K-Swap, I do not know. But I believe it would be the same, seeing as the motor didnt change from 01-05.
You can find exploded diagrams of anything on an EM (Civic Coupe) or an ES (Civc Sedan) Here.

You'd be better off searching, since there's tons of threads based on what you're asking for.
The two model generations are as such: 2001-2003 (Zenki EM2) and 2004-2005 (Kouki EM2). They both use the same drivetrain mounting points, so you're fine in that respect. But, the automatic transmission do vary.
The ECU will be a mandatory K-pro, so you'll need money for that. And, as far as engine availability, check the following sites:

The real question is what kind of K20a2 do u want, i've been researching the Mugen custom motors, or should i say i've been trying to. Pretty much all i know about the custom mugen motors are more expensive, and they say mugen on them. I would really like to know what mugen dose to them. Basicly i know their prolly built up engines. u guys know anything bout that?

Umm... the only place you're going to find Mugen built K20's, is from King Motorsports in the US. But, even then, you're looking at atleast 10k for the engine without ecu, more likely you're looking at 15k for the engine. Not worth it, since you could buy better internals for less and build a K20 of your own.
Oh, and there's only one "kind" of K20A2. You can have one built, that's true, but it's not a different "kind".

thanks toyomatt for once again making me feel dumb. So basicly my best bet is to save for the stock k20a2, from honda. If mugen makes a custom engine for 15k what dose spoon have to offer?

I do not know of any Spoon built K-series engines. I do know that they have some components on the market, but nothing in the form of a pre-built engine, ready for use.
For the money, you'd be better off building it yourself and saving thousands. Also, the Spoon and Mugen parts, albeit nice, aren't worth that premium price, unless you're going for a full JDM conversion type swap. You'd easily get Crower or other USDM components for dimes on a dollar, and easily have the same (sometimes more) horsepower, torque, and none of the reliability issues that you'd normally have with US cars, since the parts are aftermarket.

i just ordered some wheel lug studs from magestic honda cause some of mine are snapped and stripped (previous owner) haha but yeah i was wondering if i have to take the hub apart to change it .. and how difficult is it
P.S. i wouldnt aks stupid **** like this if i could go out to my car and look at it but im in iraq and im getting ready to go on leave soo yeah i havent seen my **** for 8 months expletive!

It's fairly simple. It requires removing the calipers and rotors (I'm assuming you're doing the front wheels), and using a hammer to knock the existing ones out of the hub. Then just reverse the process for installing the new ones.
