90-93 integra owner help (foglight switch, small favor)

can someone please tell me on the back of the foglight switch for 90-93 integra, what are the five wires color.

it should be 2 wires on top, and 3 on the bottom.

someone please do me a favor n tell me. this is a picture tell show what plug im looking for.
