alright so when i got my car about a month or so ago the speedo. didnt work, so now i got a parts car a few weeks back and got the speedo. cable out of that and it worked fine, but today it stoped working again... i tried to see if it just needed pushed back in, it did, i got it in but it came out agean... and now it wont go in and hold. im going to try agean tomorrow, but does anyone have any tips? or does anyone have one they will sell or trade for? i know this isnt the clasified thread to be asking in... but its urgent...

 

you do know there a clip that holds it in...pull the cable out and you will see the groove and know what I am talking about...look close....gl

 

alright thanks, i hope its just that... its just really frustrating... had the problem before... fixed it... now i have the same problem... i just got my car all fixed with no problems, and now there coming back... i hope i can get it working tomorrow... i have a heavy foot so its nice to know how fast im over the speed limit...

 

haha glad you arent around me lol...bbut ya its either there or behind cluster but you said its there so its the clip...mine use to pop out and I was getting fustrated and I look in the owners manual and it says I need a clip and there wasnt one and went and get one at honda for a few bucks and fixed it...gl
