Default Valve Adjustment

I have a 1993 Honda Civic LX, engine is a D15B7 I believe. The valves tick when it's at a low RPM. I would like to adjust the valves myself. I haven't done it before, so could anyone step me through the process or post a link to a website that does? Thanks a lot.

I've heard it's not too hard to do.
