Colored dash trim installed
Just a couple quick pics. It's getting dark and has been raining, so, I used what little light I could.
This piece looks pretty good. Subtle, but nice. There's no way I'd pay the $60.00 or whatever ridiculous amount Honda wants for it though. I scooped this one off of eBay for $8.00.
Here it is stock, with not trim:

And with the silver trim installed:

haha I know how that is, but in this case I got lucky.
$9.99 trim and $8.00 shipping

I highly doubt it's an OEM piece.
Check out the post on fitfreaks that Zeta was going to see these pieces as a set:

BTW, the trim pieces around the HVAC controls weren't offered as an accessory in North America......definately an aftermarket accessory.

I totally agree with you!
I would never pay Honda's retail price for that or any of there other interior trim pieces!!
I, myself, have a full set of the trim panels that are 'aftermarket' and I am very happy with the fit and quality of them!!

JMHO... but I don't like the way they look at all. BUT...
If I did fancy them... I wouldn't care if they were OEM or not. At that price... come on now. That's a bargain indeed.

which pieces don't you like? I don't care for the ones that go over the door switches...it's too "off" looking and fake. I don't know how to describe those.

I was referring to any of the interior add on "sport" trim package items.
I just think it looks a bit tacky.
But point being... if you like em... then that was a darn good deal.

Correct. It goes overtop the dash piece and is held in place with strips of 3M adhesive.
