Default Gauge cluster "window" removal

I removed all the trim around my gauge cluster, so it's just hanging in by the wires. Now I need to remove the clear plastic on the front. How is this done? It seems to be glued on. I don't want to crack it.

Thanks for the link!

I'm still wondering if there isn't a way to get the plastic off without completely disconnecting the cluster. Mine is fogged up and needs to be cleaned on the back side.

You "could" take the plastic off w/o taking the cluster out, put it would be a pita.
Disconnecting it only takes 1-2 more mins.
