If I sell my 2000 ITR Cams I can probly buy Skunk2, Crower, or Toda Cams with the money I have along with the money from the ITR cams.


My question is, WHICH cams to GET! Skunk2? Crower? Toda?

My other question is, Should I just keep the ITR cams and install it on my car and spend my money on VAFC, Cam Gears and Dyno Tune it??

If I get the Skunk2/Crower/Toda cams, I won't have money for the VAFC, Cam Gears, or Tuning. I'll just be dropping them in my Car, and thats it.


Which setup do you think I should go? Please help me out Honda-tech Folks!

 

Wow, you're in the exact same position i was awhile ago when i had ITR cams.

Stick with the ITR cams, get a skunk2 intake manifold, and spend the money for a fpr, vafc, and most importantly, TUNING.

If you go the other route, you'll be in my position. In debt with money and in a position where your car runs like ****.

 

Are you goin all out N/A? If so, then go with Toda but if FI involve later on then just stick with your Itr cams. Btw I was wonderin are you goin to sell your Itr Cams? Thanks.

This guy just offered me tonight to sell his ITR cams, springs, and retainers to me for $600 because he wants to get Toda cams. I have a '97 GS-R. What kind of gains am I looking here? More importantly, times? Will there be a noticeable got my money's worth difference? Just curious.

 

ITR cams with Tuning will give you good gains. Get a VAFC tho. You need to raise the VTEC x-over I heard...


Also, if I sell my ITR cams, I can sell it to you for $430.00 shipped. You don't need the Springs and Retainers unless you're going to raise the Redline passed 8500rpm. LMK-
