Default Sideskirt Dilema, help me clear up the confusion

ALright, I'm gonna be buying a lip for my 02 RSX as soon as figure this out. I know the difference between the ITR front lip and the A-Spec front lip. I also know the difference between the ITR rear under spoiler and the A-Spec Under Spoiler. But I cannot figure what sideskirts these are.

Sometimes I think the sideskirts are kit specific (ex: ITR or A-Spec) and then other times it seems like the side skirts could be the factory Type-S sideskirts. I'm seriously confused if someone could clear all this up for me I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Are the oem ones worth it?
I see a few places like a whole set for like $900.
Prepainted though.

Dont mean to thread jack. Does anyone know what size those A-spec wheels are and if they will bolt right on to an ep3 or do they need spacers?

Thanks
