could anybody help me on the pricing of a b20 motor?

Well, we cant more than likely. This forum is designed for 01-05 civics, and since the EM2 didnt come with any form of the B series, you might want to try looking here for more help. thats the Want to Buy forums. You can find a price on nearly anything you need there.

Not to mention that it's beyond difficult to install a B-series into a 7thgen.

Well, yeah that too. And not to mention impossible to pass smog if in an EM, an older motor with an unknown history, and a dwindling new aftermarket as comapred to the K's.
