Default b18a1 crx ?vacuum leak?

hey fellas, i just bought i nice b18 crx and i was using it just for fun driving every now and them but i just wrecked my ep3 so im in a bind to get this thing on the road. it drives fairly fine and idles acceptably. the problem i want to ask about is that it seems to bog a bit when starting off in 1st gear, once you get past 25% throttle or so its fine. and if you're going slow in a high gear like say 30 in 5th then you lightly press on the gas it kinda skips and bogs some but WOT no problems. does this sound like a vacuum leak to you guys? what are the other possibilities?

sounds fuel related , might be a bad o2, if you are running obdo do you have the sensor in the bottom of the header or up front like stock? if its down below it could have probems not getting hot enough at low rpm's
