Default please help

hello i have a question i have a 95 gsr and the car wont start it did this a year ago and i put a new interstate battery in it it started up fine. I went out today to start it up and nothing the lights still work but it isnt even trying to turn over no noise or anyhting. i called around and asked someone told me it was the starter but befor i buy a new one i want to make sure if this has happend to u or u know if anything please help thank u.

its pretty hard to tell from what your saying but if you have a a volt metter check the battery volts thin your not buying a starter before you know if your battery is done.l

i just replaced tthe battery not even a year ago i am going to check battery terminals i dont have a volt meter

what should i clean the terminals with the positive side was all corodid it looked like whitw and greenish powder
