Default ref ticket can i sell the car?

Hey I got a ticket to the ref a month ago and I want to sell my car. Is it okay for me to sell my car to someone out of state and just pay the fines?

or you can just pay the fine and still keep your car.. thats what i heard

or you can sell it to your friend for couple months and buy it back.

if you were to sell it, you just go to court and pay 60 bux or so..

how i know? my friend sold his b20 integra to some dude, and had to go to courth and pay a small court fee..

hope it helps

i mean sell it to your friend.. um change to his name and address but you still can drive it haha. if you get caught again change the title back to your old address and under your name.

So if i get everything fixed and pass everything they wont report this to my insurance?? I'm not sure if they did or not but ever since I got the ticket, my insurance went up 20 bucks a month. I was paying about 120 a month before and all of a sudden it went up to 140.

also the buyer is from out of state. he's from nebraska and will be flying over here to california.

the thing is, i just don't want to go through a motor swap then get it ref then swapping it back again. I have bills and other things to pay off so that is why i'm selling it. i'm also looking to get out the the scene..

well the current motor in the car right now isn't the stock motor. it's a built motor with cams, pistons and all of that stuff. sooo i would haev to swap in my original motor which is in my brothers car.
