Default BLOX help b18a1

the devise underneath the TB what do i do with that? ( on the air intake side) how do i run the coolant lines? they aren't nearly the same as the original. how do i fix the fuel rail issue? the fuel rail doesn't meet up with the injectors. also the rear where the idle control valve sets it doesn't exactly set perfect to the polished part ....

thanks

i have been having the same problems .

the device underneath the throttle body is the fitv (fast idle thermal valve ) . Yoy wont be using this anymore so just remove it and connect the two coolant lines together (bypassing the fitv ) .

I didnt have any problems with the fuel rail lining up with the injectors but i did have a problem with the fuel rail fitting on the three studs because of where the fuel line connects to the rail on the drivers side it hits mold on the intake .

I tried taking the fuel rail stud out and then sliding the fr into place and then putting the stud in but just tightening the nut but ive striped the nut on the stud twice , so im probably going to by an aftermartket fuel rail it seems to look like it will solve the problem .

as far as the iat on the back of the manifold with the two bolts its a tight fit but i didnt have any problems with mine
