hey guys my drivers side exterior door handle is broken... i have a replacement but i cant get the broken one out... i've taken every bolt and clip out that i can see but the lock will not come out of the assembly.... i need some help... thanks

did you remove the clip from the lock cylinder

 

yeah i think i've removed that.... does it have to twist out somehow...do you have to have the key in it?

 

yea you need to finaggle the cylinder a bit but it does come out.
