unique 91 civic need help
hi whats up
well this one of it kind 91 civic it seem to be that it was an experiment my mom said bc we have been looking all around for parts to fix this dam thing and we could not find them anywere and if we find them they wont fit or work any good
3 months ago my radiator die , so I had to look around for one and none of them fixed they were too big I went to pepboys order a radiator for a 91 civic and I try to put it on and it was too big didnt fit
now my dizzy is expletive up and I been looking for one all around I try to use one of a non vtec obd0 crx and it didnt fit
it seem to be that this car has a extremle rare engine I dont know why
the car is a 91 civic dont really know what trim it is but it has no sooroof or rear windshield wipers it has the black bumpers and ****
anyone can help me identify the trim of this civic ?

Sounds like a STD=standard.
Look at the block, on the front and see what it says. It will tell you what motor you have. It should say D15B2.

4spd tranny,vinyl interior,and D15b1 engine = civic standard....
But that doesnt mean that the radiator or distributor wont fit..that **** should fit assuming you got the right parts.....

yup 4 seepd vinyl interior but if I'am not sure it said d15b8 or b1 not sure i'll check that soon thanks

The obd0 sohc dizzy should fit most civic sohc motors with little to no modifications. If the gasket on the distributor has hardened it will be a little tough to get it in there. Make sure the drive shaft of the dizzy lines up to the notch on the cam. The notch is slightly offset so there is only one way it can go in.
Did you make sure the front end is straight, that will make the raditor a bear to install.
d15's are not rare at all. If anything a d15b VTEC is rare relative to the US...

I'm pretty sure the standard hatchs (or some of them) came with a 3/4 length radiator.
If so, you'd have to buy an upper mount bracket to use the normal full length rad.
