I think I bought a stolen car!!!!
I'm really really mad. If anyone can check that please do so.
I don't think the year of the car match the year of the VIN..
Bought as.. 99 Integra GSR.
I checked out the vin and it looks like it's a 97 Integra gsr. But it says 24 reports that I can't view.!!!
If someone has a carfax report, Please help. I feel abused.

well doesnt the vin number have the year on it, which I am guessing is 98. Try the search function for vin codes maybe you can find out more. But if it is a stolen car that sucks man. How much did you pay for it? And where did you buy it?

do a search for "carfax" usually people will give them to you for free on here, or charge you $1-$5...... it might be worth the couple of dollars in your case!

I don't know about waiting around for a CARFAX, but why don't you just go to the police and report the case.
Sounds like you were scammed, either you were sold a salvaged car or stolen one. Either way, your best bet now is to go to the police and report the guys that sold you the car. Also, try looking up civil laws to see what's the best way to get your money back, or get a lawyer.

I still don't understand why the OP thinks the car is stolen. Just because the VIN on the dash doesn't match up doesn't mean anything. My neighbor recently swapped his dash for one that wasn't so cracked, he didn't swap the VIN. Hell my buddy is swapping dashes on his del sol right now because the previous owner was a big ricer and laid yellow vinyl over everything inside the car.
Go outside, look under your hood and see what the VIN on the firewall, and inside the driver door say. Come back and post your results.

Umm, he never stated where he got the VIN number from so I don't know how your saying he pulled it from the dash.

Did you buy the car from a private seller? If so, maybe they just said it was a 99 and its really a 97. If it was a used car dealership or something, take them to court!
