If you want a/c...buy a brand new car. our integras are too old to use a/c. honestly my a/c works but when i turn it on my motor idle drops down to 100rpm i guess my compressor is messed up, but who cares.

i do a lot of A/C work at my dealership and it sounds like your A/C system has a leak. The only way you'll know where it is leaking is to take out whatever refrigerant is left in the system (if there is any) and then vacuum out the moisture. Then you charge the system with the right amount of refrigerant and add about an ounce of refrigerant oil. If you have a flourescent light, you should be able to see where the refrigerant is leaking. And if the leak is big enough, you should be able to smell the refrigerant leaking. This needs to be done with a qualified technician because the consequences for releasing refrigerant into the atmosphere is very severe. $20,000 and possible 1 year jail time.
First thing's first, Make sure the belt for the compressor is connected.
Anyways here's where your refrigerant could leak:
Compressor
Condensor
The Lines
Accumulator/ ReceiverDrier
Evapourator
Orifice Tube/ Expansion Valve
Schrader Valves

Thanks for the info. i checked to see if i have any leaks seem's like i don't, i pushed the stem to see if there was still pressure in the lines....and boom! still a whole lot of refrigerant. i notice my fan dose not turn on tho so i don't know if thats a factor. anymore ideas?

Have you checked your relay? - I got in an accident with my car and my a/c relay went out. The compressor would kick on and everything, it had freeon and was holding pressure.
The way you can check this is to switch the fan relay with the a/c relay and see if your a/c works.

some of us don't have the luxury of driving someone elses car you *****. Just because your mom lets you drive hers does not mean you have to tear into someone who is just asking a simple question. Keep your opinions to yourself and answer the question if you actually know something about it. If not, then shut up.
