Default Will 96-00 AC lines fit an EG?

Yea yea I searched but couldn't get a definite answer. I need to know if any/all AC lines from a 96 EK will work on any EG. IIRC 94-up use R134 so they should be the same, no?

no they wont, where the lines bolt onto the evaporator(on the firewall), they are different, and we also tried it already.

i want to resurrect this one. I recently swapped a late model teg evaporator into my eg because they have the provision for a cabin air filter. when i went to hook the lines up i noticed that the suction hose on the teg is bigger than the eg. I look at the the teg's hose and it wont bolt up with the rest of the piping. the 96 up hoses look like they will bolt up. seeing that rev2k9 says they dont fit the eg evap, maybe they fit the teg's.
my question is would the section of pipe from under the air box to the evap 'drop in' to the eg (lining up right)

if that doesnt work my next option would be to sold a teg fitting to my eg line.

hopefully rev 2k9 is still around and remembers

just so you know you can click on a persons profile and it'll say when their latest activity was.
"Last Activity: 01-07-2012 02:01 PM" for Rev2 9K

I also did this as well in my EG 4dr, you just need to swap everything from your source car to make it work as PaRRoWMaN and I did. Under dash evap, all the lines, condenser, the pump, the aluminum reservoir the is next to the windshield washer fluid container I for got what its called??. and then hope it all works haha
