WTB: Interior pieces for a 99 Civic Coupe

I'm posting for a friend who wants to return some painted interior pieces to stock. He needs:

Vents
Cupholder
Center console w/armrest
Dash w/o gauge cluster

Anyone have anything available? Thanks.

BTW, the color doesn't matter. Black, tan, grey, whatever. As long as it's the stock color.
