2000 EK h/b power steering question

2000 EK h/b power steering question
My wife has an 2000 EK and the power steering does not feel as soft/easy as my 93 Si. Does anyone else have a 2000 EK that has p/s? Is it very easy to turn the wheel or is this common in this year of Civics?
