I recently did a obd1 d16z6 swap into my 01 rex. It seems to run fairly well with some minor idle issues. Anyways, I bought a phearable chipped ecu that was programmed to run ~10psi and 550cc injectors. I don't have the turbo yet (on order) but am running the 550cc injectors. I went to put in a light show guage(autometer air fuel guage) and it doesn't bounce around, it just very slowly creeps towards lean on led at a time. I thought was thinking it might be the guage or o2 sensor but both are brand new. I then unplugged the o2 sensor and the car didn't change idle behavior at all and the CEL didn't go off.

Does the phearable ecu shut off the o2 sensor?
