I have 90 accord with 160K and F22, the only mods I have are a AEM air intake and exhaust. After I installed the intake the car's idle will start looping when I turn the A/C on. This only occurs with the A/C on or if there is load on the engine at idle such as the cooling fans kicking on. There is no engine light and the car runs great otherwise. Has anyone have a clue what is wrong?

 

did you install the air intake yourself? cause if you did then you might have made the same mistake my friend did, and that was not putting the instake pipe on tight enough and there was air leaks at the top. when it was fixed the idle was fine.

 

I did install it myself and the clamps are tight, there was a vacuum bypass valve that I took out and blocked the vacuum lines, maybe that has somthing to do with it? I have installed several of these systems and this is the first one I am experiencing problems with.
