I'm thinking about buying a greddy lip (repaired with fiber glass) off of AZNRAC312 and was wondering what everyone thinks about the greddy lip. If you have it on your car, please post up pics of it. I went to the greddy site and saw the white civic with it, but it was only at one angle.
it looks HUGE, dont know what exactly your style is, but in comparison to the JDM OEM lips everyone else uses it looks about twice the size, maybe 4-5 inches tall, an sorry i dont have pics

Everybody I've ever heard of who's owned one has busted it since it's big and fiberglass. Also they look much, much better with that logo filled in.

the lip isn`t fiberglass. it`s urethane. it`s just as flexable as those ITR lips everyone folds and bends the crap out of. i`ve done it to mine. i twisted it all up and it snapped right back.

well, how well does it need to perform on the STREET. IF and WHEN i track the car, i can simply raise it and tune the suspension. isn`t that what coilovers are for anyways? ride height adjustment.
to be honest i get that question a lot, and it`s simple. i don`t race around the streets like a moron. i drive this thing everyday, and besides the occassion bump, it`s fine.

I don't get it...why does everyone bust them then? I mean I've honestly heard so many people say "I'm on my 3rd Greddy lip." The first post here, for example, shows that people break them. I guess maybe just because they're so low. Maybe a rock in the road would be enough to destroy an OEM lip too if it were low enough.

i do vouch that they break easily, on a prelude site a dude hit a water puddle and his broke
mine broke somewhere on the road from my house to work, and i didnt even know it. i think if they are left in the sun for a while they get brittle.
