pros and cons of 17" wheels?
I mainly want to know what the benefits are of having 17" wheels on my 1994 prelude si? I heard that they will cause a loss of torque b/c of a larger turning radius, but arent they lighter than my stock 15's? or maybe I will go with getting 16"-7's instead, performance before looks

The primary benefit is looks (which is/are strictly personal, of course). Performance isn't likely to be affected much, assuming the same make/model of tire.
The "loss of torque" occurs only if you choose a tire whose outer diameter is larger than stock (and it does NOT result in a larger turning radius). But you can avoid that by simply choosing the proper size tire. On a '94 Prelude Si, which came from the factory with 205/55-15 tires, that means getting 215/40-17 size tires for 17" wheels, or 205/50-16 tires for 16" wheels.
Weight depends on the wheel and tire you choose; larger wheels and tires often weigh more, but some of them don't.
Get whatever size wheels you like the looks of.

alright thanks, that was a lot of help..i guess I'll go with 17's and those size tires.........I was just worried about a loss of torque, but I guess not, thanks again
