Whats bolts were you talking about? The hub comes exactly as it comes when you buy it brand new, there is no bolts when you buy a hub.
the screws (I think you are talking about) comes with the steering wheels.
Yes, All Momo steering wheels and Hubs are compatible. They are from the same company so.....its pretty much made for each other.
