i have an automatic 97' lx accord...and i want to know what exactly i have to do to change to manual trans....help....

 

you need:

pedal assembly
shifter assembly
shift cables
manual trans
clutch kit
flywheel
hydralic clutch lines
clutch master cylinder
MT ECU
MT gauge cluster
shift **** and boot

there is some wiring involved.

good luck. theres more, im not sure if you'd need the manual transmission mount from the body or not.

how much do you think itll cost....

 

depends on where you get the parts.....could be cheap if yuo find a parts car or go to the junkyard, but it could get expensive as well i found an engine AND tranny for 150 but i still need things like clutch lines, slave cylinder, master cylinder, etc
