just go supercharged if you get a comptech it wont void your acura warranty. but if you wanted I/H/E i would go with a injen cold air toda race header or a buddyclub race header and a fujitsibo power getter(2.36 piping most are only 2.25) and i would get like 2 hours of dyno tuning on a hondata k-pro oh and some good coilovers so you could get that power to the floor and i can tell you that you would make more than 220
You mentioned header but not raceheader. If you have just a "shorty" ditch it and go with a quality racheader. You'll pick up a lot of gains.
Next I would go with a set of cams and valvetrain. IPS, Toda, or even the newly released Skunk2's. From there your in the 13's, some weight reduction, drag radials, and GOOD driving mid-13's are possible.

I'm running 14.1 with intake header and untuned kpro i trapped 101 and 100 which are deff 13 sec passes. SO to answer your question intake header exhaust reflash should get you into the 13's with good driving.

220 whp will get you in 13's unless you suck at life/driving.
300whp NA will get you in high 11's unless you suck at life/driving.
300whp boost will get you in high 12's unless you suck at life/dirving.
220 whp with intake/header/exhuast/kpro = high 13's all day.

I have between 235-240 whp, on a dynamics dynometer. I know a fellow with a similar set-up to mine has put down low 13's. Remember that it isn't based simply on power. Tires play a huge role in as well as ingredients in the tranny.
11.5:1 pistons
0.3 mm headgasket (+0.5:1)
hondata
4-1 race header
60 mm piping cat back exhaust
skunk2 stage2 camshafts
cam gears
valves
valve springs
retainers
5,46 or 6,33 transmission.
w/6,33 transmission, you may get -13 s.

This is not true, going with a comptech supercharger on a rsx will void your warranty. And if anyone doesn't believe this, then install it blow your motor and take it to the dealer for warranty with the supercharger installed. Then watch what they say.

but there is a flaw to that arguement as well, if you were to misshift and blow your motor stock from the dealership, they would not cover it under warranty as well, because it was your driver error, not their install/product
some dealers will cover it, but unless THEY install it and cover it with warranty and it just blew up randomly without any hard driving, they should cover it under warranty. if you have any part to do with the 'blowing of the motor' then its your fault.
