There is a 96-00 vogue silver mettalic civic coupe with color matched sideskirts and molding by me,,doesnt belong around here..also looks like the driver side door lock was tampered with.....Also has donuts on front and steelies on back,,,not 100% sure if its stolen or just like that so if anyone lost a silver ek coupe in NJ pm me with your license plate number and if it matches ill call the popo....

derr..
if the tint is dark just take a peak throught the windshield and look if any wiring or ignition is hanging.. also check if the plastic collum guard that is underneith the stearing wheel is still intact..

just dont look too suspicious or you neighbors might think you stole it..lol

I say ******* call 'em, ur right & the owner can't produce registration or proof of ownership but u did the right thing, at worst you're wrong and may look like an *** but at least you were a caring & thoughtful person by inquiring about a broken door lock..

****, with the ammount of civics that get stolen every day right out from infront of peoples' houses, why should this one be any different? Everybody has a story to tell about a car theft, even me, both Honda and not...

- Shows up in the middle of the night
- Door lock looks suspicious

That's enough for me.. Dark windows would incine somebody to think it's a ricer/builder and there might be some nice parts around the car and take it.. Or it could be some punk kid and the lock problem is just his way of n888888 rigging it so he can open his doors

Call the cops, tell them what the dealio is, and see what happens from there, they'll just come over and ask them to produce proof of ownership, or ID that matches the name on the reg..

Blah, that's just what I would do...hopefully if it is a thief, he's stopped, if not....oh well

EDIT:
PS: there's an assload of people in NJ who drive honda civics and DON'T go on honda-tech...

Yeah i know but the car was honda-tech style if you know what i mean..

Spoon look mirrors, painted oe sidekirts and moldings, looks like it had front lip but was ripped off...Oh and i just went and noticed all rims had only 3 lugs...So im guessing they just broke the locks,,then put the lugs on so they could drive it where ever....ima call the cops when the sun comes up cause if i call now 3:50am there probably gonna be thinking wtf is this guy doing up looking at cars?? Whatever though..

After i call the cops i post the number to the police station and license plate on here,,,cause maybe it is someones on here or some one knows who it is......

It really sucks,,

My friend's car was stolen at 3 am, reported at 3:15, found at 4:15 am with no engine, seats, rims, gauge cluster or brakes.

If they catch them with a stolen car, he'll be able to press charges for the cost of his rims.
