Will this work for you: Carsound High Flow Cat. Already flanged for JDM ITR header.
-3" in/ 2.5" out. 13" in length. OBD-2 Spec or Just plug the second hole with a bolt and run 1 o2 sensor on the cat.
-Used on my JDM ITR header setup. No loose particles in the cat when you shake it. LMK>

Looking at the picture, the 3" opening is flared and fit the donut gasket for the JDM ITR header pretty well when I ran it. If i'm not mistaken, the actual pipe measurement is 2.5" so if you were to weld your own opening, it could suit your needs.
