Default Prelude won't Idle

I just got done replacing the valves on my 96 2.3L Prelude. It is running great with the exception that once I reve the engine past 2k and let off the gas completely the engine will drop all the way in RPM's and die. If I keep reving it it stays running. When I start it it idles ok. I have looked over all of the plugs and lines and I don't see anything that is disconnected. Does anybody have some ideas on what could be wrong?

did you use the stock valve lash?

when you put the motor back together, where you sure that everything was at TDC?

Doyou have any cel's?

have you taken the IACV off and cleaned the screen?

I adjusted the valve lash to stock specs and they sound fine. I checked the timing at it is at 15deg, and I did clean the screen on the IACV. I am getting no cels.

Well it appears I deserve to be flamed. I must of had the tensioner bolt a little too tight when I tensioned the timing belt and it was a little loose. The cams were perfectly aligned when I put it together. I pulled the valve cover off and instantly realized that they were no long both the same direction, it slipped a tooth. As far as it running good once I got it somewhere where I could open it up I realized it was lacking in power.
