will that affect how wheel looks?
Hi all, i'm currently running a set of 16" wheel ,205/45/16 tyre size, the car is pretty low, it just passes the speed bumps in my home complex, scrape a bit on my drive way. Now i bought a set of 15"*6.5 sprint hart, they look really sexy..... now i don't wanna my car go any lower since it can just go through the bump, so i'm thinking to get 205/50/15 or 205/55/15, just wondering if they will not look as good as the 195 since the tyre thicker, can anyone please my question , a pic of 15"wheel with 205 tyre will be good, cheers
having a 205 tire had nothing to do with how the car will look. it is the profile that will affect you. Also you can't just choose which profile you want.
You have an integra so the correct size is either 195/55/15 or 205/50/15. Those are the proper sizes for your car. Also going 15 will make your car go a little lower so getting a bigger profile tire is not your solution for you not scrapping. Either higher your suspension or stay with the 16. If you do get a to big of a profile it will affect your handling.
Do the right thing and don't be stupid!!!!

well, what car??? if you keep the overall diameter of the new setup the same as the old setup, then the car should not be any lower. however, moving to a higher profile tire (and possibly thinner rim width) can introduce changes in alignment and height. whether or not anything is the right setup for the car is an entirely different story.
