i have a greddy PE axle back for sale that will fit 97-01 honda preludes. It has been painted semi-flat black and has a polished tip. looks great in my opinion and sounds real nice and deep. i also have the resonator that i will include if you want it, but it doesn't have any piping so it would have to be welded onto new pipe.
