Haa anyone ever seen these wheels?

They have volk center caps, and the sticker on the inside is too old to read. Anyone got any ideas?? They also have rays stamped on the valve steam caps and made in Japan stamped on the inside of one of the spokes.

they are called volk racing 'i have never seen those before so pat yourself on the back for a nice, rare find ' wheels

Where in Japan? I don't see these here
