Default gapping help on turbochagrged h22, already searched!

the car is 9.0:1 compression, and i am getting hesitation , or bugging, when i press the gas just a tinny bit to much, but if im driving really realllly carefuly, it will run but i cant flore it, the car is turbo, with 450s on uberdata, and usualy this will happen after the car is warm!

now reason why i think its the plugs, is because the same setup i have on the h22 was once on a d15 and that car was having the exact same simptoms, so i braught it to my tunner and he said he changed and gapped the plugs, and since then it never did it again! so basicly, i asked him, and he doesnt have time for me right now, so i wanted to do it myself!

what should i gap the plugs to? i dont know if it makes a diff. but the motor internals are all stock, and its 9.0:1 with a cometic head gasket! and 7 psi on t3

thanks, i searched already but nothing awnsered my question well enough!

thanks in advance!
