Yes this is another exhaust post. I've been reading a few, haven't really heard anything about the DC Sports exhaust. It looks nice and the price is pretty good. Anyone have this? I have a GSR swap in my 94 coupe and I want it to sound good!

 

Man... Do you want it to sound good or are you going to actually build up the car into something faster? If you want it to sound good, just get a Greddy EVO muffler and have it welded on. If you are going to improve your performance wait until you know what you are doing and ask for advice on what exhaust you should go with.

The reason I'm saying all this is because I went through 3 different exhaust systems with my last build up because at first I was happy with the GSR in my civic, then I wanted to go all motor (bought the wrong system) then went with a JRSC.

 

I don't really want my car to be super fast, but i do want it fast. i'm not planning on turbo or anything, just get all the basic bolt on's and maybe some fuel and ignition mods. I just want to get the best sound out of my gsr. thanks for the input though

tanabe super medallion racing exhaust w/o the silencer is a really deep sound there is no rasp to it at all. my brother has it on his ITR and i realy like it. its quite when your not on it but when you do get on it, it can get loud

got that on my integra DEEP as hell, if you want nice sounding one get a RS-R ex-mag, Greddy SP2, or Apexi world sport

 

i rock the dc and love it on my hatch.

sounds good, made good power with a jdm 4-1 and cheap. Have had it for 5 years no rust or problems, good welds.

 

dude go with the Apex N1 they sound good and you will have hp gain

i have an apex world sport and its quite but its got that bzzzzz to it like somethings vibrating inside , i had a dc befor and wish i got one again

why? no real power

 

apexi world sport or RS-R ex mag. these two sound the best and make power

 

get a catback then worry about the fart can, ran my car for a long time with cat and stock muffler quiet for everyday driving but really added a nice throttling sound to it right after 4000 rpms and screamed if u floored it and run through the gears

but thats just me
last car used dc header catback unkown brand and the smallest fartcan i could find through rpm richmond, quiet but still deep had a highpitch when the vtec kicked for awhile i had a rsx type s muffler on it but it got fuckt up when the car was towed on a flatbed
