I'm really trying to avoid purchasing a Turbonetics kits or any other kit that allows for easy install. I'm planning to purchase all the items necessary for my DC1 (TiAL BOV and wastegate, Spearco FMIC, garret t3/t4, etc). My question is, with the down pipe and manifold, will a 3" downpipe and manifold allow enough room for the power steering and a/c? If not, will the 2.5" do the trick? thanks.

 

yesn most 2.5in or 2.75in dp's will fit, however you have to bend it/ or cut orange slices your self.

full race has the a/c kit for a 3in dp, but its pricey.

with all the a/c kits your probably gonna have notch the outside of the block with a grinder and face the compressor side towards the driver side

 

Spoolin has a nice Downpipe for 200 bucks and its 3 inch. Also have the manifold for 300.

 

yeah, you can get a spoolin kit with dp, manifold, wg dump and bolts for $525. standard 2.5" option 3.0" downpipe. all with a/c & ps
