Fog Lights not working - Help?
Honda replacement part, Bosch fog light kit, installed on a 98 CR-V one year ago. Right lense broke a few months ago, but the left fog lap was still lighting. One month later, the left fog lamp stopped working.
I recently ordered and installed the exact replacement fog lamps. Slipped them into the bumper-mounted bracket and connect both to the existing wiring. Replaced the fuse (15 amp) under the dash on the original wiring kit and replaced the the 12v rela.
Change out complete, right? - wrong. I turned the lights on low beam and hit the fog lamp switch (oh ya, I replaced the switch with the new one, too). NO FOG LIGHTS!!!
COULD A RUSTED GROUND WIRE cause this problem?
Any ideas, except for, "keep your day job!" would be greatly appreciated.

a bad ground could cause the problem...also a short in the power could too.
it's always nice to check/replace your power/earth cables when all else fails.
