flow of 92-96 H22 Head different from 97-01 Type S Head? Is the type s better?

yea i saw that thread...well i guess what im really wondering. Is there any difference between the JDM one and USDM one? Would it be alrite installing the Type S cams in a jdm 92-96 h22? Or are the USDM and JDM one from 92-96 basically identical?

 

This has been covered before. Yes you can run type-S cams in the JDM H22 just err on the side of caution and upgrade the retainers at a minimum. Otherwise camshaft questions should be asked in the "official camshaft thread" that can be found in the FAQ sticky at the top of the forum.
