i am a civic owner that doesnt like that pssshhhhhst noise.

 

psshh meaning turbo?..i think everyone likes that sound...even if they dont own a civic.

BOV's sound nice, ******* speaker systems that make that sound w/o a turbo are just gay...and u can usually tell b/c most people w/ a turbo have a big *** FMI....but if u have a FMI and a nice BOV and u blow me away I'm just going to assume u have a turbo... If you don't nad reall;y have a N/A GSR pumpin 250hp, then more power to ya :-\

It's not only civic owners, most people like the sound of a BOV, even if they're not into cars....

 

im going to get a speaker that drowns out my bov....so people think they just got beat by a ricer...lol...give me more of a ricerish effect

yah come to think of it... when i had my mr2 turbo, i had an hks sqv bov in there. damn thing sounded beautiful and turned heads every time.

 

iono but i got this thing in my muffler that makes a turbo sound. when people ask me to pop my hood i be like nah man too many theives. then they go where's your intercooler i tell them its mounted facing the bottom of my car. when they ask for my turbo timer and guages i say its in the glove. then they be like damn you is a sleeper and i be like cheeaeaaaaa

 

man u got some idiots where u live, ****, u couldn't pull a turbo through town like that w/o anybody knowin..u be like "naw, too many thieves" - they'll pop it for ya, u be like "it's facing the ground" - they'll be under the car lookin for it, and in the glove box, ya, that'll be open too

Then again people here know the diff between an exhaust whistler note and a turbo so iono :-\

I love the BOV sound. That **** sounds sweet. Everytime I see evo, sti, or any turbo car I turn down my radio just to listen to it!!! I love honda, and always will but my dream car is the EVO. They look so HOT!!!! STI's look like ****, they might have 300 hp but who cares horrible design!!
