vaccum hose diagram #12 tube, where does it go?

here is a pic of a vaccum tube with rubber connectors at each end, both labled with a 12:
i searched the vaccum hose diagram in the essential links but can not find this anywhere in the diagram.
i only see three lines marked with 12's and they are all there and connected.
so where does this 12 go?

im guessing that someone just used vacuum line with the 12 on it since most of the lines are the same size, basically just look to see if any nipples on the intake manifold are hoseless, if not, look at all of the smog components in the diagram to see if any of those are missing a hose, off the top of my head though, based on the length of the hose and the plastic, i would say it either connects to the air boost valve or evap purge solenoid, and double check line 12 which connects to the IAB, its pretty hard to see it under the IM and where all the lines/wires connect

 

most of the lines in the diagram are rubber hoses, so some1 has to know where this plastic weird shaped hose goes. can some1 please look for me or help me out, i don't know any1 else with a prelude to compare to
