Turbo that will do 400+ whp/ 400ft lbs on a 2.4L with a WIDE torque curve?
I had a 60trim/t3 .63AR before with a long runner turbo manifold...that netted 28psi by 4500rpms. 2.4L 8:1CR stock head. Im switching to a shorter ram horn manifold that wont loose as much thermal energy and exhaust velocity...and looking for a turbo that will make power sooner and hold the power to 8k. I'd like to make 400ft lbs by 3500 and make 400+whp from 4000-8000....i know it wont be linear, but I'd like to fatten the torque curve and work on turbo response. I'm thinking about a GT28R with an .82 Housing....but Im not sure it will make the power that I need. A 30R is a bit oversized for my goals, but has the response that Im looking for. i have a 3 bar map and standalone, so the PR wont make a difference as long as we dont go over 33+psi

GT2817rs if you have the money.
Otherwise using a 50 trim t04e wheel with a smaller stage II turbine wheel might work well.
Also looking into smaller Holsets with a split turbine housing might be a good idea. Split turbine housings have been known to improve spool time dramatically.

Its an 2.4L Stratus block with SRT-4 Internals in a 1st gen...its all kinds of cluster fucked.
I think the 30r will do pretty well...only problem now is affording one lol.

Here's a 3076R with a 0.82 a/r turbine housing on a F22C1...
Peak boost was 16 psi around 5000-5500 rpm IIRC dropping to 10 by redline (tuned that way- the injectors were maxed out and couldn't take more boost). This was on pump gas and 9.5:1 compression.
