sorry for the noob question, but are 99 ex and 99 si wire harness the same? i'm trying to buy a obd2 to obd1 jumper harness and this is coming out of a 99 ex. any help would be great. thanks

 

I BELEIVE ex came with vtec, and if so, then yes, they are the same.

 

They are the same exept that a 99si came with a knock sensor and the 99ex did not.

Other than that I think they are the same.

 

i just talked to a few people and some people told me they will fit and some people told me they don't fit, so this is so confusing.

 

You would have to extend a few wires, but it should work.

obd2b is obd2b regardless, they are the same. the ex is prewired, along with your entire ex harness to merge with many other swaps.

you will have to run a vtec wire is the only thing i can think of from the pinouts.
